What is Royal Elite’s return policy?

Royal Elite offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with LED bracelets or LED lightsticks you purchased from Royal Elite within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund. (The customized products are not covered by this policy). Please note that Sengled products purchased from a retail store or third-party online distributor must be returned to the store or distributor where they were bought. Royal Elite will only process returns for items purchased from Royal Elite.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number

In certain situations where these criteria are not met, only a partial refund may be granted, namely if the item is:

  • not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • returned more than 30 days after delivery

How do I return an item?

Step #1: Contact Royal Elite and obtain an RMA number

Fill out the send us a message form and request an RMA number.

Step #2: Mail the item back to Royal Elite

Ship the product you would like to return to:

Please note that, unless the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return it.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Step #3: Wait for confirmation from Royal Elite

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your credit card. I still haven’t received my refund While most refunds will appear on your credit card within five to seven business days, in some cases, it may take as long as 30 days. If after this period you still have not received your refund, contact your credit card company to see if there is a pending refund to your account. If there isn’t, please contact us.

Defective or damaged product If your Royal Elite product is defective or damaged due to our error and is still covered under warranty, you can exchange the product for a new one, free of charge. To request an exchange, please contact us.
